the staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness. my room had cleanliness i found excellent. room service offered food of high quality , satisfying my culinary expectations. i commend the efficient check-in and check-out procedures , a significant convenience.
i observed that the elevator system occasionally experienced delays , causing minor inconveniences during peak hours.

the provided beautiful two queen bed room was spacious. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room also contained a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables.
the desk had limited power plugs. this made it difficult to use the provided desk for work.

the staff at the restaurant were great. one staff member, sourav saha, was particularly helpful with menu recommendations and information about indian cuisine. leman, the manager, was also very helpful .

clean room spacious room long delay connecting door
the room was clean and spacious, that was a plus.
the connecting door between rooms took a very long time to open, it was not ideal for families with kids needing quick access.
